Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Zafarrah, customer satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags and labels must be intact

  • The original invoice must be provided

  • Returns are not applicable on discounted or sale items

Return Shipping

  • If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is delivered, Zafarrah will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons (size, preference, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our website and mention the item(s) you wish to return along with the reason.


Exchange

We offer exchanges to ensure you get the right fit and product.

  • Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must meet the same conditions as returns:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • Original packaging with tags intact

    • Original invoice available

  • Discounted items are not eligible for exchange

To request an exchange, please reach out to customer support via our website with your order details and reason for exchange.


Refunds

At Zafarrah, refunds are issued in the form of store vouchers only.

A refund voucher may be issued if:

  • The received item does not match the original order

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

Please Note:

  • Cash refunds are not offered

  • Refunds are not applicable on discounted items

  • Refund vouchers cannot be redeemed at physical retail locations
