At Zafarrah, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time.

  • Delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service

  • We deliver to most cities across Pakistan

  • Orders are processed and shipped on working days only

  • Courier services do not operate on Sundays or public holidays; orders placed during these days will be dispatched on the next working day

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders with 3 or more items

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:

    • House number

    • Street and area

    • Nearest landmark

Zafarrah is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we offer an exchange facility for your convenience.

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags and labels intact

  • The original invoice must be provided

Important Notes

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange

  • Exchange requests must be initiated by contacting our customer support team through our website

Refund Policy

At Zafarrah, refunds are offered in the form of store vouchers only.

A refund voucher may be issued if:

  • The received item is incorrect or defective

  • The product does not match the original order

Please Note:

  • Cash refunds are not available

  • Refunds are not applicable on discounted items

  • Refund vouchers cannot be redeemed at retail outlets
